My client called, overwhelmed in her art studio. This spare bedroom just wasn't functional anymore. So I created a haven for her to create to her heart's content.

A CUSTOM CLOSET
The Approach
Step 1- Carefully excavate the overstuffed closet, declutter and detrermine spacial needs.
Step 2. Design new shelving plan and work with the fabricator.
Step 3. Source unitque storage solutions
Step 4., Installation, paint, wallpaper.
Step 5. Move back in.

The Details
For my clients height, corners on the shelves were rounded for saftey, a bluetooth lightswitch was added and heavy sewing machine was fitted to a rolling cart. Eveyrthing fits perfectly!

ORGANIZING PROJECTS & CREATING BOOKCASES
The Approach
Projects were measured for specific see-through cases, and the bookcases were designed to match the case sizes so everything fit beautifully and was easy to access. Now projects are getting finished and new ones are beginning!

Create custom shelves to store specialty art tools next to the desk, and a floating shelf above it
Hang a favorite painting on the wall.

The Approach
The client is a fabric collector. and quilter. I saw the obi fabric from the client's trip to Japan, so I suggested we make floating shelves for special objects and line the shelves with the obi fabric!
