DISCOVERY
GATHERING INFO IN A DISCOVERY CALL
Whenever I connect with a client, I want to gather visual information and hear what the client thinks they need on a call. We'll discuss the big picture and the short-term goals so we know where we'll begin and build upon as needed.
SHARING
This service is very personal, that's why it's life-changing! To get the most value from our work together, don't be embarrassed to show me what things really look like right now. This is why you are calling, after all.
ESTIMATES
Every project is different, and by seeing your space and learning about you and your goals, I'm better prepared to give you a quote. At the end of our session, we'll book our first meeting. There is a 4-hour minimum for onsite meetings so we can get enough accomplished at each visit. I'll send you a follow-up confirmation letter with what we discussed and the details you need to know in prep for our work together.

IMMERSION
ON SITE
At our first interpretive meeting, we'll walk the space and talk about issues that you mention (and the ones I notice that you may not even realize are part of the scenario). I will bubble up with ideas and solutions.
PLANNING
I take your personality into account as I create solutions that meet you where you are. We'll pace our progress, starting where you feel most comfortable. Together, we'll determine our most essential starting point, and we'll get to work as soon as possible.
MOTIVATION
Your needs may be a combination of organizing and design / decor-based. And/or they might be performance-based. We'll talk about levels of focus, triggers, what you do best naturally, and what methods motivate you. All these things work together to create a personal plan that helps us reach our goals. At the end of the session, we'll talk about what's ahead, how often to meet, and more.

SOLVING
RESULTS
Change will happen quickly! Some people even say they faintly hear the word "Shazam" in the background. But I assure you, it's just the magic of collaboration!
ACTION
In our meetings, we'll be measuring, decluttering, swapping in new storage solutions, creating new behaviors in the new space, and achieving accountability when working as a team.
BEFORE/AFTER
Every time I come, I will take before and after photos. Clients LOVE seeing the changes! And as they do, many issues feel like they're melting away, leaving you more time for family, enjoyment, and career goals.
TIME EXPECTATIONS
How long does change take? While every project is unique, most clients schedule weekly sessions for 4-12 weeks or more, depending on the project. Some are intensive, deadline-oriented projects (like moving to a new home) so those projects have a compressed timeline.
